The company card

Every company in Bamya CRM has a card. Open it when you want to see where you stand with a company, or to plan what to do next. On the Companies list, type part of the company's name in the box under Company, press Enter, and click the name. The card opens over the list, with its tabs along the top.

The tabs

  • CRM & Deals shows whether the company is a prospect, a customer or inactive, and which colleague looks after it. Below that, the card lists the people who work there, each with their deal, if they have one, and the stage it has reached. A deal your team won shows Won.
  • Products lists what the company has bought. When your team wins a deal, the CRM adds the deal's products here. You can also add one by hand with Add product.
  • Outreach shows what the research found about the company and why it may be a good fit for you. Further down, it shows each person's campaign: how far it has got and the next step. Without Leads, this tab is called Company.
  • Billing & details starts with what you need to send an invoice: the legal name, the registry number, the VAT number, the billing address, the invoice e-mail and the country. Edit, at the top right, opens them for changing. Below them are the company's website, its LinkedIn page and where it's based.
  • Notes keeps anything your team wants to remember about the company, and everyone in your organisation sees it. The tab next to it shows the notes on each of its people. A note is the same wherever you open it, so a person's notes read the same on their own card.
  • Tasks and Reminders lists what your team needs to do for the company, and for everyone who works there.
  • History shows everything that has happened with the company, newest first: deals moving, campaign steps, calls and finished tasks.

Setting a reminder

On Tasks and Reminders, press New task or reminder.

  • Give it a name you'll understand later, such as "Ask Vale Street how many meeting rooms they have".
  • Under What is it, leave Reminder as it is. Pick a date if it's for a particular day.
  • Assigned to starts as All, the whole team. Pick yourself if the reminder is only for you.
  • Ring the bell adds it to the number on the calendar icon at the top of the page. Send e-mail sends a reminder on the morning it's due, to the people it's assigned to.
  • Press Save the task.

The reminder then waits on the company's card until someone marks it as done.

Good to know

Update info and Drop sit at the top right of every card. Update info changes the company's details from a paste, a picture or by hand. Drop takes the company out of Leads, out of the CRM, or out of both.

To go back to the list, close the card with the cross.
