The Call wizard, step by step
Bamya Call prepares you for a customer conversation, helps while it is happening, and writes the summary when it is over. Each of those follows a template your organisation keeps. Nobody wants to write those templates before their first call, so the Call wizard shows you ready ones made by the Bamya team, and you pick the ones that fit.
How it works
- Welcome to Bamya Call plays a short video of the wizard. Press Next to begin.
- Preparation, Scenarios and Post-call summary each show the ready templates as cards, each with its name and what it is for. Click a card to choose it, and click again to leave it out. A card marked Added before is one your organisation already has.
- Highlights is optional. In your own words, write what you sell and the details that slip your mind mid-call, such as specifications and prices. There is room for 5,000 characters, enough for a price list.
- Press Finish. Bamya Call adds what you chose one by one, with a tick for each, and once everything is in, takes you back to the page you came from.
Select all and Clear work on a whole screen at once, and Language of the templates shows the cards in English or Bulgarian.
What you get
The next time you create a call, the templates you picked are there to choose from. A Preparation is written for you before the meeting. A Scenario tells Bamya Call what kind of conversation this is and why you are having it. Once it ends, the Post-call summary comes out in the shape your organisation chose: minutes, how it went, and who does what next.
Your highlights are saved as the default, so a new call already knows what you sell.
What was added is your own copy. In Menu > Manage Calls you can change, rename or delete any of it, make one the default, or add your own.
Good to know
The wizard does not cover Objections, AI instructions or Categories. Add those in Call settings when you need them.
If the page closes halfway, open the wizard again and press Finish; what was already added is not added twice. Running it again later, from Menu > Wizards > Call wizard, adds to what you have rather than replacing it.
