Handle objections live

· Video, 0:25

Halfway through a call, the customer says it is more than they planned to spend. Your best seller knows what to say to that. The colleague who joined last month may not, and in the middle of a call there is no time to ask.

Bamya Call keeps your team's answers to the objections you hear. On a call, it puts the right one in front of whoever is talking to the customer.

How it works

  • Write the answers once. In Menu > Manage Calls, open the Objections tab and press New objection list. Give it a List name, then write each objection and what to say back. Add objection adds another, up to 30 in a list, and Save keeps it.
  • Decide which list a call uses. Make default, in the list's window, marks the one every new call starts with. A campaign's Phone step or a task can set a different list ahead of time, or None.
  • On the call, when the customer pushes back, press Objection. Bamya Call answers what they just said with your team's own answer from that list.
  • Then say it in your own voice.

What you get

The same answer from everyone on the team, including the person in their first week. It is your wording, about your product and your price.

Bamya Call does not make up terms on your behalf. It never states a price, a date or a promise unless it is written in your documents or was said on the call, and when it does not know, the line it gives you says so.

Nothing joins the call, either. There is no bot in the participant list and nothing to explain to the customer.

Good to know

Nobody writes the answers for you, and that is deliberate: an answer to an objection is a fact about your product and your price, so it has to come from you. A company that sells two different things usually keeps one list for each.

The Call wizard does not set up objections. Add them in Call settings, which administrators see, once you know the ones your team keeps hearing. And tell the other people on the call that it is being transcribed.
