A person's card
What each tab of a person's card shows, from their deals and campaign to notes and history, and how to add a reminder for them.
Transcript
A person's card holds everything about one person. Open it before you get in touch with someone, so you know what has already happened. On the Companies list, type part of the company's name in the box under Company, and press Enter. Under each company, the list shows the people who work there. Click a person's name to open their card. Here, Jasmine Stone.
The card opens over the list. Its tabs run along the top. The first tab, CRM & Deals, shows Jasmine's details, her company's details and her deals. Her deal shows its stages, and lights up the one it has reached. Researched lead shows which campaign Jasmine was on, and how it ended.
Her campaign ended with Showed interest, and she now has a deal. Manage lead, at the top right, holds the other things you can do with a lead, such as Log interaction or Next date. Contact details lists every e-mail address, phone number and LinkedIn profile you have for her. Notes keeps anything your team wants to remember about Jasmine.
The next two tabs show her company's notes and her colleagues' notes, the same ones you see on the company's card. Tasks and Reminders shows what your team needs to do for Jasmine, for Vale Street Logistics, and for her colleagues there. To add a reminder, press New task or reminder. Name it so you'll know what to do; in this example, Send Jasmine the plan for a one-floor trial.
Under What is it, leave Reminder as it is. Add a date if it's for a particular day; here, next week. Assigned to starts as All, the whole team. Pick yourself, so the reminder is only for you; here, Daniel Reed. Then press Save the task. History lists everything that has happened with Jasmine, newest first. It shows her campaign's steps, her deal's moves and a call with her.
The reminder now waits on Jasmine's card until someone marks it as done. Close the card with the cross to go back to your list.
