The Campaign wizard, step by step

Bamya Leads works every lead through a campaign template: a few steps, days apart, each on one channel, until the person answers. The Campaign wizard makes your first one with you. You say how you reach people, it proposes the steps, and AI writes each step's message for your business, starting from the Bamya team's own texts.

How it works

• Your outreach asks which channels you will use for cold outreach (LinkedIn, Email, Phone) and whether one person does it or two. Choose Two of us, and a message that follows a colleague's says so.
• Your business wants a few sentences on what you sell, to whom and why it helps them, and the Language of the messages. It is the description your organisation uses everywhere, so it may already be filled in.
• Your steps is a sample campaign built for your answers. Change a step's channel, its name or the days to wait, press Add a step, or drag a step by its grip. Give the template a name in Name of this campaign template.
• Press Create message templates with AI. A window covers the page while each step is written, and closes by itself.
• Each step now says "Ready. Please check." Open them in turn; the next one pulses. Change the text or press Write again with AI, then close it, and the step is marked Checked.
• Once every step is checked, Save and continue appears. Press it.

What you get

A campaign template, made your default if you had none. With LinkedIn chosen, the sample opens with a connection request with no note and, once they accept, a discovery message and a short follow-up. E-mail and a call come after that if you chose them, and a polite last message closes it.

Each step holds one text that does two jobs. As the Message Flexible Template it is sent as written, with the person's name, their company and yours filled in. As the Message AI Template it is the sample the AI follows when it writes a lead's message from their research.

Put leads on the template and record their first step. From then on, each step comes up in Due on the day it falls due.

Good to know

Moving a step to another channel loses what was written for it, and it is written again for the new channel. If you would rather write every message yourself, press Write them myself.
