Get the message written

· Video, 0:21

Sending a LinkedIn message takes a second. Writing one that says something true about the person, for every lead on your list, is what eats the week, and in a small business the person doing it is usually also the one selling and delivering.

So when a lead's next step is a LinkedIn message, Bamya Leads writes the first draft. It works from the step's AI Template and from what the Bamya team's research found about that person and their company. You read it, change what you like, and send it yourself.

How it works

  • Find the step that is due. Today's work is under Due in Tasks and notifications, the calendar icon in the top bar. On a lead's card, the step owed now is the blue one that pulses.
  • Click that step and choose Open draft. The draft window opens, titled with the step's name.
  • Press Generate, and Bamya Leads writes the message with AI.
  • Change a word, or all of them. If you want it to go another way, say how in Additional instructions and press Generate again.
  • Press Copy + Open LinkedIn. The message is copied and the person's profile opens, so you paste it and send it from your own account.
  • Back in the draft window, press Record Step.

What you get

A draft that starts from facts about this person instead of an empty box, written the way your campaign step tells the AI to write. Every word is still yours to decide. The draft window never sends anything, and nothing reaches the lead until you paste it.

Record Step does the bookkeeping. The step is recorded with the message you sent and the lead moves on to its next step, which gets its date from the days set between steps in the campaign. When that day comes, the lead is back in Due.

Good to know

Generate is there only on leads the Bamya team researched. A Personal Lead, or a person your team added, has no research to write from, so its draft starts from the step's own wording instead: press Load flexible.

Want the draft to mention something particular about the person or their company? Add context lets you tick facts from the research about this lead, or short lines your organisation keeps on its Custom tab and reuses on any lead. They go into Additional instructions before you press Generate.
