Launch a campaign in minutes
Cold outreach rarely works with one message. It takes several steps, a few days apart, often on more than one channel, and writing that sequence and every message in it from a blank page is the hardest part of starting. In Bamya Leads, the Campaign wizard does the first draft with you. You say how you reach people, Bamya Leads proposes the steps, and AI writes each step's message for your business, starting from the Bamya team's own texts.
How it works
- An administrator runs the Campaign wizard, the first time Leads is opened or later from Menu > Wizards, where it is called Leads campaign wizard.
- Your outreach asks which channels you will use for cold outreach (LinkedIn, Email, Phone) and whether it is Just me or Two of us.
- Your business asks for a few sentences on what you sell, to whom and why it helps them, and for the Language of the messages, English or Bulgarian.
- Your steps shows a sample campaign for those channels. Change a step's channel, its name or the days to wait, press Add a step, or remove one. Give the template a name.
- Press Create message templates with AI and wait while the AI writes each step.
- Open the steps one at a time. Each one reads "Ready. Please check." Read it, change what you want, close it, and it is marked Checked.
- Press Save and continue.
What you get
A campaign template, which becomes your default if you had none. With LinkedIn among your channels, the sample starts with a connection request with no note. Once they accept, a discovery message and a short follow-up come next, then an e-mail, a call and a polite last message.
Each step's text is sent as it is, with the person's name, their company and yours filled in. On leads the Bamya team researched, it is also the sample the AI follows when it writes a lead's message from their research.
Then comes the daily part. Once a lead's first step is recorded, each next step gets a date, and whatever is due today or overdue sits under Due in Tasks and notifications, the calendar icon in the top bar.
Good to know
Nothing is sent for you. The draft window prepares a message, you send it from your own LinkedIn or e-mail, then record the step so the lead moves on. A lead nobody has started owes nothing, so it does not appear under Due until its first step is recorded. The campaign can be changed any time in Campaign templates, under Manage Leads and campaigns.
