You're in the Task template wizard. Here is how to progress through its steps. A task template is a task your team repeats, set up once. Say your team sends the same proposal e-mail after every demo, to every prospect.

This wizard makes one with you, question by question. A task can be a reminder, a task with a draft message or e-mail, or an event with a time and a length. Your task asks what the task is; in this example, Send the Roomwise proposal. It is a reminder, its date chosen each time it is given, and it rings the bell when it is due. Does it repeat? A proposal is sent once, so Once.

The task carries a draft, so choose Write it with AI, and send it by E-mail. Say what the message should achieve; here, send the proposal after the demo, and ask for a short call next week to go through it. The AI writes from Your business details, your organisation's own description. Press Write the draft. The draft opens in its own window, a subject, a few short paragraphs and your sign-off, with the person's name and company filled in for each task. Change anything, then close it.

If the task is a call, its call settings are chosen next. This one is not, so No call. Then press Save the task template. Give it to someone now? You can, or do it later. Here, Not now. Your task templates lists every one you have, the new one marked. More ready ones are in the Community, with Add more from our community. Your task template is ready. Load it into any task, and everything you set up is filled in.
